Marinade Sauce Ingredients:

-1/3 c. honey

– ¼ c. spicy brown mustard

– 2 tbs canola oil

– 1 tbs soy sauce

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– ½ tsp fresh ginger, minced

Recommended Veggie & Meats: Veggies/Fruit- Garlic Cloves, Broccoli, Zucchini, Tomato, Onion, Green Pepper, Mushrooms, and Pineapple

Meat- Chicken Sausages. Artichoke and Garlic and/or Chicken & Apple. A good mild or spicy Italian Sausage is great as well.

Directions- Cut your meat and veggies into large bite size portions and place in a large mixing bowl. Combine all of the marinade sauce ingredients, stir thoroughly, and pour over the meat and veggies. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours and place wooden kabob skewers in cold water during this time (helps the food not to stick during the grilling process.) Place meat and veggies on the skewers leaving just a little space between each item. Smoke them first if you like, otherwise set your grill to 375-425 for about 10 minutes per side (veggies will start to crisp on the edges and have the nice sear lines).
